一、简介
I. Introduction
本燃气燃烧机主要应用与燃气玻璃制品退火炉和烤花炉。具有简单可靠、燃烧充分、节能效果明显。外观漂亮大方，做工精致。控制器是集我公司工程师多年退火炉安装操作经验，结合终端客户（玻璃厂）的使用习惯和意见，经多次现场实验、测试，从以前的V1.4、V1.5到今天的V1.6版，正式向市场推出。为玻璃窑炉行业量身定制。
The gas combustor is mainly applied in the annealing and decorating furnaces of gas glass products, simple and reliable, with sufficient combustion, remarkable energy saving effect, beautiful and elegant appearance, and exquisite workmanship. The V1.6 controller currently launched on the market is upgraded from the V1.4 and V1.5 versions relying on the experience in the installation and operation of annealing furnace of our engineers for many years, in combination with the operating practice and advice of end users (glass plants), through repeated onsite experiments and tests, customized for the industry of glass kiln and furnace.

1、 控制器部分
1. Controller
a、液晶图文显示，对燃烧机的各项参数实时显示，主要为开机画面、运行时间、点火次数、环境温度、运行状态（分为待机、小火、大火）故障提示等。
a. LCD graphic and text display - real-time display of combustor parameters, mainly including startup screen, running time, ignition times, ambient temperature, running status (standby, small flame and large flame), and fault indication, etc.
b、内部为双ECU，主控和显示器独立工作，
运行速度更高。反应时间更快。
b. Internal double ECUs, master control and monitor in autonomous working, with faster running speed and quicker response time.
c、点火失败后三次自重启功能。
c. Function of auto restart for three times after ignition failure.
d、 内部PCB电路板保护措施齐全，保证电
磁阀端因意外短路后不会烧毁主板，一分钟内即
可维修好重新运行。
d. Internal PCB circuit board with complete protection, preventing the solenoid valve side from burning the motherboard after accidental short-circuit, and ensuring repair and re-running within one minute.
e、点火电压~15kv。主板内部 有防高压线脱落后外部意外打火功能。
e. Ignition voltage ~15kv. Anti-HV line is provided in the motherboard that can trip to prevent external ignition by accident.
f、设有USB端口，可对不同客户的特殊要求定制升级。

g、火焰探测为UV电离探测，无需专用探测地线，只需把燃烧机与大地可靠连接。
g. Flame detection in the way of UV ionization, which is realized simply by reliable connection between the combustor and the earth, without the need for specialized detection earthing.
h、主板内部设有应急测试按钮当控制柜因意
外无输出信号时，按下应急按钮燃烧机则始终处于小火运行状态，不至于炉温掉的太快，此状态仍然享有火焰检测保护。注意正常工作时此按钮必须复位。
h. Emergency test button is provided in the motherboard, which can be pressed in case of output signal failure from
the control cabinet, to keep the combustor in the running status of small flame, preventing quick dropping of furnace temperature, while still enjoying flame detection protection. Note that this button must be reset during normal working.

2、烧咀部分
2. Burner
a 、电磁阀为 BRAHMA E6G S8 ，长时间工作发热量小。
a. BRAHMA E6G S8 solenoid valve, with long-term operation and low heating.
b 、空燃混合器为压铸工艺制造，材质为ZL113，表面为特氟龙喷涂，保证部件的精度和抗腐蚀能力。
b. Air-fuel mixer made of ZL113 by die-casting process, with teflon coated surface, ensuring part precision and anti-corrosion capacity.
c 、隔温板为小孔结构，提高隔温效果。
c. Temperature insulating plate with pore structure, improving insulating effect.
d 、喷火头为特殊设计，高速燃烧，燃烧充分，
最大火焰长度达1200mm，蓝焰达60％以上。
d. Fire-jet head with special design, capable for high speed and sufficient combustion, with maximum flame length of 1200mm, and flue flame up to 60％.
e 、燃气压力范围宽0.03—0.08Mpa推荐为0.06Mpa。
e. The range of gas pressure is 0.03—0.08Mpa wide, and 0.06Mpa as recommended.
f 、燃料介质： 天然气或石油液化气。
f. Fuel media: natural gas or LPG.
g 、燃气量：在0.06Mpa压力下液化气为4.65KG/h。天然气为5.6m3/h。
g. Gas combustion: 4.65KG/h of LPG under the pressure of 0.06Mpa, 5.6m3/h of natural gas.
三、工作过程
III. Working Process
当燃烧机上电时，控制器运行，液晶显示器开背光显示欢迎界面，并初始化3s，显示待机界面，紧接着检测控制柜是否有小火命令，如果有，
则控制器执行点火、电磁阀EV1动作，并实时检测是否
有火焰信号，如果火焰不正常则关闭，等待2s，启动三次自重启模式，火焰再不正常则关闭电磁阀和点火器，输出故障信号，显示器背光闪烁并显示故障提示。
When the combustor is powered on, the controller runs, the LCD display turns on backlight to show the welcome interface, with 3s initiation, displays the standby screen, and then detects if there is any small flame command from the control cabinet, if yes, the controller executes ignition, the solenoid valve EV1 acts, and real-time detects flame signal; in case of abnormal flame, it turns off, waits for 2s, and restarts automatically for three times; if the flame is still abnormal, it turns of the solenoid valve and ignitor, and outputs fault signal, and the display backlight flashes and displays fault indication.
为保证安全，必须到现场排除故障，重新开启电源，燃烧机才恢复正常运行。 如果火焰正常则保持电磁阀EV1开启，并关闭点火器。显示器运行状态为小火。此时燃烧机为小火燃烧状态。延时2S，检测大火命令，一旦有大火命令则控制器执行开电磁阀EV2动作，显示器运行状态为大火，此时燃烧机为大火燃烧状态。根据温差控制命令自动切换运行状态。
To ensure safety, you must visit the site to clear the fault, and restart the power supply, to recover the combustor to normal running. In case of normal flame, keep the solenoid
valve EV1 in start status, and turn off the ignitor. The
monitor runs in the status of small flame. Now the combustor combusts in the status of small flame. After a time delay of 2S, it detects if there is any large flame command, if yes, the controller acts to turn on the solenoid valve EV2, and the monitor runs in the status of large flame. Now the combustor combusts in the status of large flame. It can automatically switch running states according to the control command of temperature difference.
四、安装调试

2安装注意事项：
2.Installation precautions:
a 、电压必须符合设备要求！
a.The voltage must meet the equipment requirements!
b 、必须严格按照《电器安装操作规范》和本机接线图（见附图2）接线。
b.The wiring must strictly comply with the Installation and Operation Code of Electrical Appliances, and the Wiring Diagram of the machine (see the attached figure 2).
c 、确保机器的可靠接地，否则火焰检测部分会出现检测失败！！！
c.Ensure reliable earthing of the machine; otherwise the flame detection part will fail the detection!!!
d 、如果用隔离变压器做电源时，必须使一线接入大地！！！
d.To use isolation transformer as power supply, you must earth the line 1!!!
e 、保持气压稳定，推荐工作压力0.06Mpa。
e.Working pressure of 0.06Mpa is recommended to keep stable air pressure.
3、调节
3.Adjustment
燃烧机设有火焰调节机构，根据火焰的燃烧情况，适当调节空燃混合器上调风管的前后位置，改变空气和燃气的混合比，直到火焰蓝焰最长，声音急促有力为止。调好后将蝶形螺母锁紧。
The combustor is equipped with flame adjustment mechanism. Appropriately adjust the air-adjusting tube on the air-fuel mixer forward and backward, to change the air-fuel gas mixture ratio, until the blue flame becomes the longest, with rapid and strong sound. After adjustment tighten the butterfly nut.
4、试车
4.Commissioning
a 、最终检查确定接线无误。
a.Finally check the wiring is correct.
b 、检测控制器的各个功能是否正常，包
括报警输出信号、火焰检测功能、正常输出功能。
b.Check the controller functions well, including alarm output signal, flame detection function, and normal output function.
c 、注意电极位置不能改变，点火放电间隙推荐3mm，探测电极应能接触到火焰。
c.Note that the position of electrode cannot be changed, the ignition discharging gap is 3mm as recommended, and the detecting electrode is capable of contacting the flame.
d 、安装完毕后必须对燃气管路进行检漏测试，有泄漏并及时处理。
d.After installation, conduct leakage test on the fuel gas piping, and timely repair the leakage, if any.
